Welcome To TIENE, LLC
 Tiene, LLC was formed when our founder was let go from a major corporation. His experiences at that company left him with a desire to create a company that would not only assist its clients in discovering joy in work, but would also offer that same experience to their associates. We believe that work should be an avenue for your passions, not just a job, or a rung on a ladder. We built our company solely on the idea that we can assist our clients understand that, and pursue business from their soul's vision, and turn that into a material reality.

Your Final Presentation

I saw this video by Randy Pausch, a professor at Carnegie Mellon. He was presenting a lecture at the University's series called "The Last Lecture". In his case, it probably was his last, as he was diagnosed with Liver Cancer. So, he proceeded to give his "last lecture" that talked about living your/his childhood dreams. Have you ever considered what ''Your Final Presentation'' would be about? Do you even have a "Presentation"?

Passion And ''Work''??

Once thought to be a question for those that were mostly right-brained, it is becoming more prevalent. With layoffs a common occurrence, and industries/careers disappearing, more and more people are asking this question.
This article is wrapped around a piece that appeared in the New York Times. It is titled "Blurring by Choice and Passion" and was written by Marci Alboher, a former lawyer, a journalist, author and writing coach. She is the author of “One Person/Multiple Careers: A New Model for Work/Life Success” (Warner Business, 2007).
