TIENE, LLC (pronounced TEA N AY) was formed in 2004 after the founder, Bill Koerner, was let go from a major corporation after 18 years. While most would see that as devastating, Bill actually saw it coming, and saw it as just another chapter in the book of the unfolding game of life.

As a manager of a large, successful practice team in a consulting practice, Bill had the opportunity to manage a team of over 25 employees, and over 200 indirect reports in a business that created revenues of $175 Million over a four-year period.

With this team, Bill was able to define a clear vision of the team's purpose, articluate its mission, and allow each team-member to define their roles that fit their strengths and passions. It is this experience that paved the way for the intentions of this company. Bill saw that miracles that occurred when team-members are engaged, help define the vision, and make it their own. This became the driving force, something that Bill wished to experience again. The lay-off provided Bill that chance to bring that idea to a concrete vision, and to a material reality in TIENE, LLC.

Why TIENE?

The company chose the name TIENE (pronounced 'tea n ay') after much thought. The idea was to have a company that would not only let its team-members experience the power of creating a vision and making it 'real', but to provide that to its clients as well.

TIENE is Spanish for "He/She/It has", and is a simple way for encapsulating the driving belief behind the company. Our belief is that there is enough of anything that could be 'needed' in order to bring about our dreams and visions. Thus, the 'universe has' provided everything one could possibly need for any experience in this material realm. The use of a Spanish name in an English-speaking country is also meant to be a constant reminder that our focus is not just on one approach, one culture, or one country.

TIENE is also an acronym that encompasses the purpose of the company. It stands for "Thy wIll bE doNE" as it applies to anyone's vision that we are grateful to interact with. It acts as a constant reminder of our purpose, to vigilantly pursue our dreams, and make them into a material reality for all to experience.

What We Do

While the idea of turning your dreams into reality seems straightforward, it seems to hit a roadblock with most people, and certainly companies, when we "have to deal with the realities of day-to-day life". For that reason, we plan to provide products and services that address the holistic cycle of visioning through creating in material reality. This can include reference material, seminars, books, methods, coaching and consulting services that build on the 'standard' business approaches, and includes quantum and spiritual approaches to creating our reality
